Onestoppokeshop's Pre Order Policy

As part of Onestoppokeshop's premium service, we offer our customers peace of mind by allowing them to pre order their products prior to the official release date. Once allocations are confirmed, items will be either put available online for pre-order or will be allocated out via our expression of interest program. We currently only utilise the EOI program for the Pokemon TCG releases. To register for an EOI, find the set you are after on the website or visit our social media pages and complete the form indicating your preferences. Please note: these forms close approximately one month prior to release. 

Change of mind

Onestoppokeshop does not offer refunds for change of mind.

PRE-ORDERS (Including orders via our Expression of Interest system). Can I cancel an EOI or pre-order? 

All pre-orders including orders via the EOI have a grace period of 3 days from the time of order for a cancellation to be made. All pre orders are non-refundable after the 3 day period has lapsed or if the product has been released internationally whichever is sooner. International release dates are not the Australian Delivery Date. 

For expression of interest sets e.g. Pokemon new releases, if you are allocated items and accept them, payment must be made within seven (7) days of the invoice being sent. 

WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER SHIP?

Products that have been pre-ordered will be dispatched as stock arrives in store and we can fulfil your order.

Unless there is a specified retail release date predetermined by the publisher that we are required to adhere to. 

ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE PRE-ORDERS OR IN-STOCK PRODUCTS

If your order contains a pre-order product and additional in-stock items, or multiple pre-orders with different release dates, we will hold the entire order from dispatch until all products ordered are in stock and the official release date for the pre-order product has arrived. 

If you would like to purchase in stock and pre order products, please order them in separate transactions to receive in stock items first.

Processing and handling time: 
The Onestoppokeshop team works hard to process and dispatch your order within 2 business days (excluding pre-order products). When we have an increase in orders, this may be extended to 3 business days. Our main priority is to ensure your order is shipped as fast as possible and packaged with care and kept safe during transit.

Orders are not posted on weekends or public holidays due to the nature of the post offices operating hours. 

Orders containing both pre-order items and in-stock items will be shipped together once all items are in stock. If you would prefer to have the in stock items shipped immediately, please contact us to arrange a split shipment. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for this service.

Pick Up: 

Please wait for an email to confirm your order is ready before coming to pickup.

Pick up is available from our Chatswood store when we are opened for limited hours.  

If you would like to pick up outside of these hours, please contact us via email info@onestoppokeshop.com.au or Instagram @onestoppokeshopausstore to book an appointment. 

Please bring your confirmation email when you collect your order as well as ID. 
We currently have limited hours: Please refer to our Google page for our latest hours which are  regularly updated (Click here to view hours)

Please note you will need to show proof of purchase and/or your ID when picking up your order

**IF someone else is collecting your order on your behalf, make sure to email us their full name so we can check ID and allow pickup**

Tracking Information:

Upon order fulfilment, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier. Please use this information to track your item. Alternatively, you can put your order number in with our chat icon on our home page where you can receive order updates!

Occasionally due to circumstances outside Onestoppokeshop's control, delivery delays may occur. 

If you believe there has been an issue with your delivery, please contact Customer Care via email or our socials within 14 days of receiving your Shipping Confirmation email, so we can launch an investigation with our couriers on your behalf. Please note, if your delivery includes any pre-order items, your order will be subject to the terms and conditions of our Pre-Order Policy. To avoid any preventable delays, please ensure you double-check your order details, including your full delivery address, prior to placing your order at checkout.

International shipping: 

Unfortunately, at this stage, we do not ship internationally
