Due to the overwhelming demand we have received already for Journey Together, we are launching an Expression of Interest (EOI) process in order to assist our allocation of stock to our valued customers.

If you are interested in purchasing any Journey Together products, please complete the EOI form for an opportunity to purchase once product allocations are confirmed.

Terms and Conditions for Journey Together EOI:

1. Single Submission: Please complete this form only once - if you want to edit your numbers, please reach out to us via email or socials.
2. Product Quantity: State how many of each product you wish to order (whole numbers only - no words).
3. Artwork Choice: We will try our best to accommodate your artwork choice but cannot guarantee it.
4. Response Time: You will have 3 days to respond to our contact regarding your allocation. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we will move to the next person on the list, and your EOI will be voided.
5. Allocation: You have THREE days to reply to our email regarding your allocation. 
6. Refund Policy: Orders are non-refundable if you change your mind or wish to cancel your order after your invoice has been paid. However, you can request store credit if you do not want to go ahead with your order. 
7. Order Limits: A maximum number of items per person may apply based on allocations to ensure fair distribution of the products.
8. Release Dates: Please note that release dates (currently March 2025) are subject to change due to conditions out of our control
9. Contact Responsibility: Ensure that your email and/or phone number is entered accurately, as we are not responsible for missed communications due to incorrect information.
10. Spam Check: Please check your spam or junk folders for our emails regarding allocation requests. We do not take responsibility if our email ends up in your spam and is missed.
11. Non-Response Policy: If you do not respond to our contact attempts within the specified time, your EOI will be voided, and the next person on the list will be contacted.
12. Ongoing Communication: We will maintain communication with you throughout the process via email only. No other forms of communication (e.g., social media messaging, phone calls or website chat) will be entered into in regards to this EOI.
13. I understand that this is an Expression of Interest and does NOT guarantee stock. We will use this as an indication and will do our best to fulfil this in its entirety subject to allocations.
14. Expression of Interest will close on 24 Jan 2025
