Due to the overwhelming demand we have received for Prismatic Evolutions, we are launching an Expression of Interest (EOI) process in order to assist our allocation of stock to our valued customers.

If you are interested in purchasing any Prismatic Evolutions products, please complete the EOI form for an opportunity to purchase once product allocations are confirmed.

Terms and Conditions for Prismatic Evolutions EOI:

1. Single Submission: Please complete this form only once.
2. Product Quantity: State how many of each product you wish to order.
3. Artwork Choice: We will try our best to accommodate your artwork choice but cannot guarantee it.
4. Deposit Requirement: A $10 deposit will be required for each item when we reach out to you. We are not collecting deposits now. Deposits will be collected by release phase, ie, deposits for products releasing in January will be collected first.  Deposits for subsequent releases will be collected at a later date.
5. Deposit Response Time: You will have 3 days to respond to our contact for the deposit payment. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we will move to the next person on the list, and your EOI will be voided.
6. Allocation-Based Deposits: Your deposit secures your spot, subject to product allocation. If we do not receive sufficient allocation to fulfill your request, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. You will be notified as soon as allocations are confirmed by our supplier.
7. Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable if you change your mind or wish to cancel your order after the deposit has been paid. The only exception is if we are unable to provide the product due to allocation issues.
8. Order Limits: A maximum number of items per person may apply based on allocations to ensure fair distribution of the products.
9. Release Dates: Please note that release dates are subject to change.
10. Contact Responsibility: Ensure that your email and/or phone number is entered accurately, as we are not responsible for missed communications due to incorrect information.
11. Spam Check: Please check your spam or junk folders for our emails regarding allocation and deposit requests. We do not take responsibility if our email ends up in your spam and is missed.
12. Non-Response Policy: If you do not respond to our contact attempts within the specified time, your EOI will be voided, and the next person on the list will be contacted.
13. Rejoining the Queue: If you choose not to pay the deposit when we reach out, your EOI will be voided. You may re-submit the form to join the queue again.
14. Ongoing Communication: Deposits will be taken in the order of EOIs received, and we will maintain communication with you throughout the process via email only. No other forms of communication (e.g., social media messaging, phone calls or website chat) will be entered into in regards to this EOI.
