Are your products genuine?

All items sold on Onestoppokeshop.com.au are genuine licensed Pokemon and game products that are directly from Australian distributors.

As avid Pokemon collectors too, our products go through strong quality checks to ensure you get the best quality product.

How do you package my order?

As collectors ourselves, we know the importance of receiving products in prestige condition. We ensure that all items in your order are packed thoroughly to avoid damage.
We use a mix of sturdy cardboard boxes, hex wrap*, bubble wrap and other various methods to ensure there is enough padding, protection and tape to get your cards in the best condition to you.

*We are environmentally conscious, we are shifting towards Hex Wrap, which acts in the same way as bubblewrap to reduce our environmental footprint so that future Pokemon trainers can enjoy the hobby too.

An item I want is out of stock. Will you restock any?

Yes! We continuously aim to restock our inventory to ensure everyone can get what they are after. Please send us an email to info@onestoppokeshop, click the chat with us button or send us a message via our social media to ask us about any items. We will do our best to source any items that are out of stock.

Payments

What payment types do you offer?

At Onestoppokeshop, we accept the traditional credit (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards.
We also accept PayPal at checkout.

Do you need a little longer to pay for your Onestoppokeshop order but want the goods now? We offer Afterpay payment plans.Please note: AfterPay is a seperate company to us and you will need to create an account with them to utilise their services.

I have a discount code. How do I use it?

We have a rewards program where you can earn coupons to take off your next order!

If you have redeemed points from our loyalty program or have a coupon code, simply head to the checkout, and on the page there will be a box for you to enter your discount code in.

Make sure you click apply.*

*Only one discount code can be used per order.

What currency is Onestoppokeshop in?

All product pricing for our store is in Australian Dollars (AUD)

Returns & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 8 hours of purchase. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

My product is faulty or damaged

Onestoppokeshop will only issue refunds or exchanges for defective, damaged or if the incorrect item was received. A minor packaging flaw that doesn't affect the purpose of the item itself is not considered a defect or damage and is not subject to a refund or exchange.

If you believe your item is defective or is the wrong item, you will need to:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Contact us via email info@onestoppokeshop.com.au or via our socials with photos of the item, packaging and your order number within 5 days of receiving your order.

The Onestoppokeshop team will then review your request and will notify you of the outcome within 24 hours, if a refund or exchange has been approved, we will provide you with a postage label for you to send the item back to us via AusPost.

Upon receiving your returned product, a final review will be conducted and we will provide you with the option of exchange or refund once approved.

In the event of an Exchange, we will provide you with a coupon code with the same dollar value of the returned item along with the amount of postage fee. 

All refunds will be done in the same manner and currency (exchange rate will be at the time of refund, Onestoppokeshop is not liable for any variation in amount refunded due to exchange rates.) as you have paid.

Can I visit the store?

Yes! For sure, we have a new physical store in Chatswood. Our address is 303/354 Eastern Valley Way Chatswood, NSW 2067.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! We offer pickup from our store in Chatswood NSW.

Choose pickup at checkout.

Please note you will need to show proof of purchase and/or your ID when picking up your order

How much do I pay for shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the dimension and weight of the items ordered as well as the postal location.

Standard and express options can be found at checkout.

We ship with Australia post.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Please note you will need to show proof of purchase and/or your ID when picking up your order

**IF someone else is collecting your order on your behalf, make sure to email us their full name so we can check ID and allow pickup**

We will be unable to give them your order unless you have provided us with confirmation that includes their name that will match their ID check.

How does shipping and delivery work?

Absolutely! Once you place an order, our team will carefully collect your items and prepare them to be dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to leave us. Your order will either be sent via Australia Post or courier, and should be safely in your hands within 2-8 business days.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us with a tracking number so you can follow your goods journey to you.

Please note: timeframes are subject to change and are an estimate from the time of dispatch. All pre-orders will be dispatched once all items have arrived to us. If there is no PRE ORDER sign/date next to the product name, you're product is good to go!

How do I track my order?

We all love to know when our order is arriving! After we dispatch your order, you will receive a confirmation that your order is in transit. The email will have your tracking number which will allow you to track your order via the carriers site so you can follow the live updates.

Haven't received your shipping confirmation? Your order may be on pre-order. Make sure to check your order, you won't receive a dispatch confirmation until the pre-order date has arrived.

If you still haven't received your tracking number, please reach out via email info@onestoppokeshop.com.au or via social media.

Can I change my shipping address?

As long as your order has not been dispatched, it may be possible to make amendments prior to dispatch. While we cannot guarantee that this is possible, please reach out to our customer service team ASAP and include your order number and specific address amendment details in your request.

If your order has been shipped via AusPost, you may be able to redirect it via the Australia Post tracking link we provide on your dispatch email.
