The Onestoppokeshop team works hard to process and dispatch your order within 2 business days (excluding pre-order products). Orders containing both pre-order items and in-stock items will be shipped together once all items are in stock. Pick up is available from our Chatswood store when we are opened for limited hours.  

If you would like to pick up outside of these hours, please contact us via email info@onestoppokeshop.com.au or Instagram @onestoppokeshopausstore to book an appointment. 

Please bring your confirmation email when you collect your order as well as ID.

If you believe there has been an issue with your delivery, please contact Customer Care via email or our socials within 14 days of receiving your Shipping Confirmation email, so we can launch an investigation with our couriers on your behalf. Please note, if your delivery includes any pre-order items, your order will be subject to the terms and conditions of our Pre-Order Policy. To avoid any preventable delays, please ensure you double-check your order details, including your full delivery address, prior to placing your order at checkout.
