We’re excited to invite you to submit your Expression of Interest (EOI) for the upcoming Pokémon TCG: Black Bolt & White Flare. Please read the following carefully before submitting your preferences.

📝 How This Works – Preference-Based EOI

Following our Prismatic Evolutions and Journey Together EOI, the Black Bolt & White Flare EOI will shift to a preference-based system. Instead of requesting quantities, you will rank the products you’re most interested in. This helps us get a clearer idea of demand and allows us to allocate products more fairly based on each customer's preferences.

*Note: You will only be considered for products in your preference.  ETBs and Bundles are extremely popular so only selecting these items may result in no allocation

⚠️ Important Update

Price Increase Notification: The Australian distributor has introduced an official price increase across all Pokémon TCG items due to rising costs, effective from the Destined Rivals release onwards. 

This pricing update applies across Australia.

📌 Key Terms & Conditions

• One Submission Only: Please submit one form per person only. If you need to update your preferences after submission, email info@onestopokeshop.com.au using the email address you submitted your EOI with. Any correspondence via social media DMs will not be actioned as our allocation team does not have access to social media.

• Allocation Process: We take a variety of factors into account when allocating products, including your ranked preferences, past order history and product availability. Allocations are not based on submission date.

• Email Accuracy: Please double-check your email address and spam inbox. We are not responsible for missed communications due to incorrect information or emails ending up in spam folders.

• Email-Only Communication: All EOI and allocation updates will be sent via email only. We do not use social media, phone calls or website chat to send out allocation information - it is your responsibility to check your email, including junk mail.

• If you are successful with this EOI, you will receive an email with your allocation. You must follow ALL instructions in the email within the required time to secure your allocation.

• You understand that this is an Expression of Interest and does NOT guarantee stock. We will use this as an indication and will do our best to fulfil this EOI request subject to allocations.

• We will only email successful EOI applicants with allocations.  Due to the large number of EOI respondents, you will not receive an email to inform you that you were not successful in receiving any allocation.

Black Bolt & White Flare Expression of Interest will close 21/5/2025 or earlier, depending on the number of responses received.
